MASTER PLAN CONCEPT
The traffic across the complex is an image of the implantation of the building of housings and offices. Pedestrian circulations communicate by means of paths the buildings of housings with the common areas of swimming pools, wardrobes, rest areas and communications with the surrounding streets.
In the same way the circulation of traffic leads to the buildings in the main areas to allow the access of cars, motorcycles or trucks in punctual moments.
The office towers have one pedestrian access and passes below one of them, forming thus the great representative hall, obtaining at the same time a great access and the integration in the design of the landscape of the place.
Two entrance and independent exits exist for the underground parking lots, which do not interfere with the rest of circulations since they are separated from the pedestrian accesses to the buildings.

All the considerations already made propose a vision of the progress related to a highly environmental design, with an intelligent use of the natural resources which, even inside the city, are widely usable.
The group is conceived from an aesthetical and symbolical point of view, as much as having in mind the coherence with the city, taking advantage of its own resources with the type of establishing on the land.
There are three housing buildings in the complex. Around them arises the common outside space that relates the paths in the land. The access to the buildings is in a part of the ground floor that is open but covered, and it introduces, physically and visually, the inhabitant by the main entrances of the building, serving as well as a protection area previous to the final entrances of the housing building, relating so inside and outside. At the same time, in the built part of these ground floors, there are common services such as nursery and social club, related to the inside space of the complex, and coffee shops or first need shops, linked to the outside of the land.
